Kevin Shannon joined the Bryant Law Center P.S.C. in 1997. During his 30+ years of practice, he has resolved thousands of personal injury and vehicle accident claims.
Kevin is a 1983 graduate of Lone Oak High School and a 1987 cum laude graduate of Murray State University where he was active in Murray State’s Student Government Association and Lambda Chi Alpha Social Fraternity. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990. While at UK, he was the technical editor of the Journal of Mineral Law and Policy.
Kevin is admitted to the Kentucky Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the American Association for Justice, and has a Martindale AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible ranking determined by other lawyers practicing in the field of personal injury. Fewer than 5% of all lawyers ever achieve this ranking.
Kevin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a forum limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict, award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more. He is a veteran civil litigator with experience in Federal and State Court pertaining to personal injury, including automobile accidents, wrongful death, product liability, tractor trailer/ semi accidents, river/maritime injuries, and workers’ compensation. He is experienced in the resolution of complex, as well as simple claims and is committed to a successful resolution of claims for all clients.
When not working, Kevin enjoys fitness, including running and weightlifting, and is also an avid fan of local high school sports. He is also a weekend warrior landscaper in his own yard.
Kevin and his wife are the proud parents of four adult children. He and his family attend St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Paducah. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Paducah for 25+ years and previously served on the Club’s Board of Directors. He has also previously served on the St. Nicholas Family Free Medical Clinic Board of Directors.
