East Palestine Train Derailment

On February 8, 2023, the nationally recognized Train Derailment Firms of Bryant Law Center, Fayard and Honeycutt, Strauss Troy Attorneys At Law, and Davis Environmental Law joined forces to file a class-action lawsuit against Norfolk Southern. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in Youngstown, OH regarding the Norfolk Southern freight train derailment that took place in East Palestine, OH on February 3, 2023.

Team Bryant, Fayard and Honeycutt, Strauss Troy, and Davis Environmental Law filed this class action lawsuit for all the evacuated citizens of East Palestine, OH. Mark Bryant, President of Bryant Law Center, stated: “The effects of train derailments are devastating for everyone involved. We are dedicated to holding Norfolk Southern accountable for the people of East Palestine, Ohio.”
